Use it right out of the shower or bath while your skin is slightly damp to stay moisturized all day! It's also great to use on particularly dry and rough patches throughout the day  (think elbows, heels, in between fingers etc.). 

We don't make any specific claims on what the product can do, however our customers have told us they use it to smooth cracked skin, reduce scarring, and relieve eczema and psoriasis. Other customers use it on their hair, face, and beard (use caution if you have sensitive skin).
